We really want you to be happy with your purchase. However, we understand that in some cases, you may wish to return your order for a variety of reasons. If this is the case, we’ll do all we can to make the returns process as smooth as possible.
Our returns, refunds, and warranties are straightforward, but we recommend reading our Terms of Use alongside the information below.
What to Do When You Receive Your Order
When your order is delivered, we recommend keeping all the packaging, including the delivery box, for at least 14 days. Before use, carefully inspect the product without removing tags or seals to ensure all parts are present and the item is undamaged.
Returns
For all returns, please contact us first:
- UK customers: Call 0800 731 8845 or contact us via email or post.
- Customers outside the UK: Email us with details of the issue.
We will issue you an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorisation) for your return. Do not return an item without an RMA number as we may not be able to match your return with your original order.

Cost of Returning Items
We can only refund postage costs for returning an item if:
- We sent the wrong item.
- The item is damaged or faulty.
Refunds
If you’re not happy with your purchase, return the product following the instructions above. We’ll refund or exchange it to the original payment method (credit/debit card or PayPal account).
Refunds will exclude collection or return delivery charges. Refunds are processed within 14 days of one of the following:
- You notify us of the cancellation (if the goods have not been dispatched).
- We receive the returned goods.
- You provide proof of return (if goods are in transit).
